Strategic Client Acquisition Officer

We’re looking for someone who can identify potential clients, initiate meaningful conversations, secure meetings, and convince them to subscribe to our platform.

Your mission is to understand customers deeply: document their requirements, identify their pain points, gather actionable feedback, and uncover how our platform can deliver greater value.

Complete this challenge successfully, and you’ll have the opportunity to join us as a Strategic Client Acquisition Officer, helping shape our customer relationships, product direction, and growth.

Internships

Five unpaid internships. Strict milestones.

Eight weeks, remote, from anywhere in India. Five dated milestones for each track, agreed on day one.

A milestone is met or missed. Miss one without telling us first, and the internship ends. Stuck? Say so early. That is never held against you.

02 · Internship

Business Development Intern

Find firms that need drone maps they can measure, and start real conversations with them.

Good fit if you like talking to people, write clear messages and can take a no.

  2. Week 250 researched firms in one state, each with a reason it needs OJAS 4D.
  3. Week 430 personal first messages sent, which we review first. 5 real conversations.
  4. Week 63 demos booked and held with a founder.
  5. Week 8A report on what buyers said: needs, objections, reactions to the plans.

03 · Internship

Growth and Content Intern

Explain drone mapping in plain words, with posts, short videos and guides that bring the right people to ojas4d.com.

Good fit if you write well, can edit video, and want your work measured.

  1. Week 1Audit our site and posts. Pitch 10 ideas, ranked by what people search for.
  2. Week 24 posts written and approved, 2 of them published.
  3. Week 4One long guide published, such as how to measure a stockpile with a drone.
  4. Week 62 short videos made from the product, published with tracked links.
  5. Week 8A report from our analytics: the visits and sign-ups your work brought.

04 · Internship

User Research Intern

Talk to the people who would use OJAS 4D, and turn what they say into decisions.

Good fit if you ask good questions, listen more than you talk, and take clear notes.

  1. Week 1An interview guide we approve, and 15 people lined up: quarry managers, surveyors, site engineers.
  2. Week 25 interviews done, recorded with consent, with notes.
  3. Week 412 interviews, and a summary of their jobs, pains, tools and budgets.
  4. Week 63 recommendations, each with its evidence, checked with 3 users.
  5. Week 8A final report, and a 10-minute talk to the team.

05 · Internship

Full-Stack Engineering Intern

Build features in the OJAS 4D web app and its API, in JavaScript and Node.js.

Good fit if you have built and shipped something, and you read code before you write it.

You work on a copy with public datasets, never anyone’s data.

  2. Week 2One feature planned in writing and approved.
  3. Week 4That feature shipped, reviewed and tested.
  4. Week 6A second feature, or a measured speed-up, shipped.
  5. Week 8A write-up and a clean handover.

06 · Internship

Photogrammetry and 3D Data Intern

Run public drone datasets through OJAS 4D, check how accurate the results are, and write it up.

Good fit if you are curious about maps and 3D, careful with numbers, and know some Python.

Flying a drone is optional, and only within India’s drone rules.

  2. Week 2An accuracy method we agree on: what is checked, and against what.
  3. Week 45 datasets processed and compared, with a first report in numbers.
  4. Week 6A repeatable test set anyone on the team can run.
  5. Week 8A final report: where results hold up, where they fail, and why.

Need it for college credit? We’ll fill in your college’s forms. Every intern signs a short internship agreement on confidentiality and ownership of the work.
